Vegetarian/Vegan option: with "simulated bacon" from roast or smoked vegetables.

Tomato Triple Threat: Fried green tomato sandwich on sundried tomato bread (locally baked) with housemade sundried tomato spread, and maple cured bacon.  House special kettle chips. 
Vegetarian option: without bacon.

The Portable Defibrillator: 1/4# local beef patty loaded with cheese, local meat chili, bacon, 1/4 hot dog and coleslaw on a fresh, locally baked bun.  No sides required.

Sunny-side up cupcake with candied bacon: A maple cupcake with made with *local eggs and dairy, topped with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting and candied *local bacon.

Strawberry shortcake in a cup: *Local strawberries and local whipped cream layered between an vanilla bean cupcake made with *local eggs and dairy. [vegetarian option]

Double Chocolate Cupcake: Rich chocolate cupcake topped with dark chocolate frosting [vegan option]

*local produce sources to be finalized. At this time, dairy will be from Homeland or Maple View Dairy. Eggs from Latta or DFM vendor. Bacon from Fickle Creek. Strawberries from Waller Family Farm.
